Fleurie Poncie Bonnet-Cotton

The family domaine at Odenas dates back to 1856, and Pierre Cotton widened it beyond Brouilly in 2016 by adding a Fleurie parcel. The estate now runs to 13 hectares across five appellations, organically farmed, with vines averaging 65 years old. Hand-harvested, native yeasts, minimal sulphur.
