Pernand-Vergelesses Pavelot

Jean-Marc Pavelot and his son Hugues work the family domaine at Savigny-lès-Beaune, where Pavelots have lived for many generations. Vineyards spread across Savigny, Beaune and Aloxe-Corton, plus Pernand-Vergelesses, and have grown to 17 hectares since 2021.
