Haute-Lemblée Blanc de Blancs Roses de Jeanne Cedric Bouchard

A tiny 0.12-hectare lieu-dit planted to Chardonnay, in the Côte des Bar. Cédric Bouchard has made single-vineyard, single-vintage Champagne since 2000, harvesting around 4,000 kilos per hectare, less than a third of the regional norm, and bottling at lower pressure for a creamy mousse.
