Jean-Marc Boillot built his domaine from 1988 on a bequest of Pommard and Volnay vines, run from his grandfather`s house and cellars in Pommard. The estate now covers 11 hectares, five for reds, and is run by his daughter Lydie and her husband François. The 05 was arguably the best of the decade.
