Reysson, Haut-Medoc [Pre-Arrival]

The estate sits on the edge of the Marais de Reysson near Vertheuil and ranked among the best local Cru Bourgeois until Alfred Dreyfus`s heirs sold it in the early 20th century. Dourthe has managed it since 2001 and bought it in 2014. Fifty-four hectares of clay and limestone full of fossil shells, planted mostly to Merlot.
